What are group sessions?
Group Sessions are small groups of our clients with similar goals training together. The sessions are lead by a personal trainer who provides motivation, guidance and enjoyment to the session.
Who are group sessions for?
Someone who is looking for motivating, social, fun and cost effective training. You will need a basic level of fitness before starting a group session but you will always work within your own personal limits rather than the groups. Each group session has a theme and an intensity level so there is something for everybody.
How big is a group?
3-6 people per session. Keeping the groups small allows us to provide personal guidance and motivation that you wouldn't find in an exercise class. If we have a large group (4-6) we often have two trainers to look after the group.
What happens if I miss session?
You can make it up! With a group session just about everyday as well as a boot camp which you can jump in at any point. You are not committed to one type of sessions so if you miss a CrossFit on a Monday, you can join the SquashFit or GymFit on a different day. If you miss a week you can double up the week after.
Can I pay as I go?
We obviously prefer you to make monthly commitments but we do allow you to pay as you go if necessary. The sessions are £15.
How do I start?
We'd love to have you on board but we do need to give you a medical screen first, along with some basic paperwork. Please contact us and we arrange a time to meet and get things moving.
Prices
With the exception of Boot Camp all the group sessions work on the same price structure. You pick how many sessions you'd like to do a week and you pay by the month. The sessions don't have to be the same each week and you are able to make up sessions if you miss a week.
1 sessions a week - £60 a month
2 sessions a week - £120 a month
3 sessions a week - £180 a month
