GymFit Group Session

 

The GymFit group sessions combines gym equipment and resistance based exercises into a range of exciting combinations.

 

The sessions are loosely based on the concept of CrossFit sessions but with less intensity and complexity. The group is social and fun but that doesn't mean we don't work hard!

 

Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels of fitness.

 

GymFit Sessions run on Wednesday at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm.
