I’ve been into sports and fitness all my life, the main areas being swimming, boxing, running and hiking.
I love a hard work out and enjoy creating and taking part in challenges, the more extreme the better.
My time is spent personal training, working as a fitness instructor, teaching box fit and boot camp classes, exercising, or relaxing with friends.
I’ve yet to complete a marathon or ironman, but these are things I have my sights on for the near future.
My future, long term aim is to eventually become a strength and conditioning coach and live/work out in America.
