Small group personal training is different from monthly membership Personal Training option.
Group Sessions:
Run at set times
Maximum of 6 people
Set theme of training
Group sessions are fun, social and challenging.
There are a range of training themes including:

GymFit
SportFit
Sessions are run throughout the week and weekends.
Clients still receive motivation and guidance of a personal trainer without the cost of a personal trainer.

Fitness programmes are designed around your goals and your level of fitness to help you get more out of your time in the gym.
The fitness programme package includes and pre and post assessment to bench mark your progress and a Personal Training session to explain your programme.
